Take a measuring tape.
Place one end of the tape at the fullest part of your chest.
Wrap the tape around your body (under your armpits, around your shoulder blades, and back to the front).
Write down the result.
2. Front Straps Size Measurement
Locate your nipple line.
Measure from the nipple line down to the base of your penis.
Record the measurement.
3. Long Side Straps Size Measurement
Measure diagonally from the nipple line down to the base of your penis.
Note the result.
4. Short Side Straps Size Measurement
Measure from the nipple line to the top of your hip bone.
Write down the measurement.
📌 Important: All straps can be adjusted by ±3 cm (1.18 inches) for a better fit.
